Cuttlebug Challenge - Be Inspired #70

It's Wednesday, and time for another Fabulous challenge at Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot! :) Be sure to play because there is a great prize up for grabs!

So what's the challenge? Just incorporate FABRIC into your cuttlebugged projects!!
I created this very Masculine "Friends" card:
I also attempted machine stitching here (that's huge for me 'cuz Im terrified of sewing machines!) Guess it's mainly because I have no clue how to even thread the darn things! And now I have 2 needle pokes on my index finger from trying it this morning! I know, that's seriously sad, but it's also funny at the same time! LOL

CARD RECIPE:
Stamps: PSX, 1999, FRIENDS, #G-2197
Paper: Heavy Textured CREAM CS & Brown Bazzill CS
Ink: Brilliance Brown, Brown marv Matchables, Brown Marvy LePlume Marker (for faux stitching) Brown StazOn, Copics (for shadowing text)
Accessories: VELVET Patterned and solid Brown FABRIC textiles, Large Square Copper Brads, Small & Large Circle Copper Brads, Cuttlebug Embossing Folder, Sewing Machine, Spellbinders
Techniques: Machine Stitching, Faux Stitching, Sponging, Dry Embossing

The great prize this week is: {a $20.00 Gift Card to Jo-Ann's} - and be prepared to have fun as they not only have an amazing variety of fabrics but also an awesome selection of tools and products for all crafters!!! Here's how to enter:

1. Make a project using fabric! This will get you 4 entries into the prize drawing to win. Then upload your project to your blog, or any online gallery, (leave the links on our Mr. Linky.
2. Don’t have time to create a project? Leave a comment for 1 entry in the prize drawing.

Our challenges are open to anyone, and anything goes, so enter as many times/projects as you wish! (just remember to use CUTTLEBUG Embossing on them). :)

Don't delay ~ this Cuttlebug Challenge ends on February 16th 11:55 pm EST.

  12. LOOOOOVIN' all the cool textures on this! Hehe, good for you for sticking with that machine to get the stitching. I can relate...I just recently got a Janome Sew Mini and had my share of threading the thing wrong where the stitches weren't coming out right. I think my struggle is that flippin' BOBBIN...ugh! Sometimes it's just so STUBBORN!
