Here is the simpler version of this week's Sketch and my flashy sparkly take:

 CARD RECIPE:
PAPER: Metallic Gold Textured CS, MM CS, White Heavy CS
INK:  Classic SU Dusty Durango Dye Ink
ACCESSORIES: Petaloo "Color Me Crazy" Flowers, Marianne Design Creatables Frame Die #LR0111, SU Border Punch, Creative Memories Corner Rounding Punch, Ranger Gold Stickles, Tulip Fashion Ultra-fine Gold Glitter, Hat Pin, Gems, Pearls, Tsukikeko Sheer Gold Shimmer Spritz, Gold Ribbon, Lace

I tried to stay true to the sketch as much as possible, but my frame ended being a little too large!! :(
I wanted these lovely Petaloo flowers to be the main FOCAL point, so I started by inking the edges with SU Dusty Durango dye ink. Then spritzed them with Gold Shimmer Spritz and added Gold Stickles glitter to the edges and tips and again spritzed flowers and leaves with Gold Shimmer Spritz.

 ALTERED BOX RECIPE:
PAPER: Metallic Gold Textured CS, Asian Themed Adhesive Fabric Paper, MM CS
INK:  Plasti-Kote Brush On Gold Leaf B31 Fast Dry Enamel; Classic SU Dusty Durango Dye Ink
ACCESSORIES: Petaloo "Color Me Crazy" Trumpet Vine Spray Flowers, Ranger Gold Stickles, Tulip Fashion Ultra-fine Gold Glitter, Hat Pins, Gems, Pearls, Tsukikeko Sheer Gold Shimmer Spritz, Dble Sided Adhesive tape for glittering box, Gold Ribbon, Lace

I started making the box to match my card, using the same CS and similar colors, but went in a ever so slightlly different direction!! LOL!  To create this sparkly look of the "Color Me Crazy" flowers, I first spritzed them with water, then inked them with the SU dye ink. Once that dried, I then brushed on the Gold Leaf fast dry Enamel to the outer edges. Once the enamel dried, I added Gold Stickles glitter and Gold Ultra-fine Glitter to the edges and tips. The final touches were topping these flowers and leaves with Gold Shimmer Spritz. Would you believe that this was kids ballet shoe box that I almost threw out into the recycling bin?? LOL!! Altering it into a sparkly  keepsake box was definitely worthwhile and tons of FUN! :)
