** Mustaches ** are everywhere.......

Hi again Crafty Friends!  It's supposed to be Springtime, so I hope that you are enjoying much nicer weather where you are.  Here in New York, we are still in Winter mode 'cuz it's still freezing, and it's still snowing, and it's still windy, and it's still quite cold...brrrr...

On a brighter, sunnier ,warmer note, have you noticed how Mustaches are appearing everywhere nowadays?  Yeap!  Mustaches are quickly becoming one of the hottest trends in the crafting world, the fashion world, candy world, kids world, teen world, jewelery world...etc...  so I just had to get in on the act too!  heheh..   This card was previously created, but I had forgotten to post it to my blog where I must also feature the Mustaches!  LOL!!
The background was dry embossed with a Cuttlebug EF. The textured Mustache background panel is actually duck tape layered over white heavy CS! The main image was also punched out from the same duck tape and placed over Stampin' Up! punched panels for a main focus.  I surrounded it with Recollections Silver adhesive Pearls.  The swirly Mustache looking sides are leftover punched pieces from a Recollections border punch. I thought these swirls resembled fancy mustaches.  Don't you?  Now that's what I call recycling!  heheh

  1. Yeah.....I know, mustaches everywhere!!! I saw a mustache stamp yesterday while shopping at Archivers and wondered, what would I do with it?? I see mustache cards on Etsy also, but I still don't quite feel the urge to use a mustache in my portfolio of cards as yet. Probably by the time I do feel the urge, the fad will be over with and along comes Louise with her mustaches....lol! A day late and a $$$ short!!!
