Winter Birthday and Winter Love

Happy Friday! Today I have 2 cards to share...
First, a Winter Birthday for the current Challenge happening at House-Mouse and Friends. Stop by to check out the fabulous talented Teamie makes and play for your chance to win a fabulous prize from Simon Says Stamp!  The theme is Winter Sports / Winter Fun!
Here is my First Card using House-Mouse Designs Stamps;
"Winter Birthday"
I've had some of these little guys for ages!  Finally opened two more of the new wrappers today! LOL! I decided to use several of these winter sporty themed House-Mouse stamps to create this adorable winter background paper. Isn't it fun? :) For Depth, I've multi-layered the sentiment. The Snowflake Oval Die-Cut was cut in-half,  trimmed and altered to create smaller oval shape with snowflakes most showing to create a laser-cut look.
Stamps: House-Mouse Designs; Stampendous "Ski Run" HMCM03 and "Hang-on Tight" #RS-HMP04, Stampa Rosa #105, Stampabilities "Downhill Delight" #HMLR1030
Paper: White CS, TPC Studio, Ocean Blue Shimmer -Metallic Blue
Ink: Graphite Black
Accessories: Creative Expressions Dies by Sue Wilson; Festive Collection Peeking Snowflake, Expressions Happy Birthday Die, Frames and Tags Pierced Flags Dies - (that die set is probably my most used CE/SW sets and one of my faves)
Techniques: Layering, Die-Cutting
Creative Expressions PRODUCTS used on this project;

I'd also like to enter this card into the following challenges; -  Sketch SC575 - Dec Dirty Dozen Central Theme; "Winter Chill" CT1215 - Winter White Inspirational challenge IC527 - with this PIN;

Winter Love
This project started out as a Hearts Shaker card attempt - but it totally changed along the way and it ended up being a glittered Acetate Heart Windows card instead! LOL!  Does that ever happen to you?  Do you start with one idea in mind and end-up creating something completely different that what you envisioned?  That's what creativity is all about, isnt it?
