Best Wishes for Creative Expressions

Hello Crafters!  Sorry I've been MIA this week, but Family and LIFE happens.
Thank you for reaching out with your thoughtful kindness and prayers. It means the world to me. It is through beautiful prayers, Strong Faith and Hope that we get through LIFE. We have been truly blessed and I can now say that all is OK. Thank Goodness. :)

It's my CE DT turn to post at Creative Expressions, and I was able to finish creating a quick card with another "Best Wishes" theme...

*** BEST WISHES *** How-To and Recipe
This card came together very quickly. I have used the same *Tessa* craft die from CE/SW's
Frames and Tags Collection - Tessa for the sentiment framing, main panel and for creating my fancy border under the ribbon. The lovely handmade background paper was a gift from a sweet friend who recently traveled to India. It's textured and quite sparkly In Real Life.  This is how quickly this card came together...

Once I decided which dies and stamps to use, I die-cut the main panel cuts; 2 main Tessa Frames, 3 inner smaller frames to layer over sentiment, and once more frame that was cut into four parts
Then  made these cuts for framing the center Tessa Panel, Sentiment Panel and Ribbon Row

Card Base coming together with my Fancy Border created by cutting the die in four parts and lining-up the corner edges of the same "Tessa" Die side-by-side for this look.

This shows the layering in progress, with Vellum cut to cover and soften the sentiment panel.

One of my all-time Fave Tools in my Craft Room for making my bows...

  1. Hi America,
you ARE clever - took me a few mins to figure out how you've done it. It's a fab card and I must REALLY get into cutting the die cuts to make new shapes, like Sue Wilson has done on her post today. But there's unfortunately only limited time for my favourite activity - I'll get round to some serious playing soon, I hope.
    Have a great weekend.
    Hugs, Rose
