Life's Too Short---> Eat Dessert First! HM&F Ch#61

Our challenge this week at HOUSE MOUSE & FRIENDS is being hosted by our sweet DT Member Patricia Rose who's challenged us to create a card featuring a Faux Grid.

Here is my interpretation using scoring & sponging tools.

CARD RECIPE:
Stamps: Stampabilities, House Mouse Designs stamp called "Blueberry Dessert", from NOV 2009, #HMUR1068. The Sentiment is also by Stampabilities HMD called "Life's Too Short" #QR1057.
Paper: Bazzill Textured CS, Cream CS, Basic Grey DP
Ink: Brown StazOn, Brilliance Brown, Copics & Marvy LePlume Markers combo, SU White Signo Gel Pen(for highlights), Glitter Gel Markers.
Accessories: Spellbinders, Satin Dark Brown Ribbon, Basic Grey rhinestones, Silver Brads, Scor-Pal, Sponge, Creative Memories Corner Rounder.
{for my faux grid, I inked my scored lines by simply running my brilliance brown inkpads along the tops and directly across the scored lines}.

Come and see all the different FAUX GRID takes that our lovely DT has come up with to help inspire you at HM&F here. And if you can play along with us, Emma will have some fun BLOG-CANDY to GIVE AWAY to one lucky participant. :)
