If you know me, you'll know how much I Love layering special die-cuts for added depth. These fun CUTS using Frantic Stamper's Precision themed dies make for a fabulous Patriotic Card that could also be used for other occasions, like thanking a Service Member!

Ink: None

Paper: Designer Patterned Vellum, MM Textured Blue CS, Metallic Silver, White CS.

Techniques: Layering
