I Love You Sew Much....

Hello and welcome back Peeps!!

This card was created for the new challenge at House-Mouse &Friends MC.

 

The challenge is hosted by our sweet and talented Teamie, Dorte, who has chosen the theme:  "I Love You Sew Much". We are to incorporate sewing (real or faux) into our Love projects, or,we could  simply use a HMD image featuring some form of sewing. 

This cute House-Mouse Designs image of the mice sewing a quilt was too fun and fit the theme but I wasn't sure about the colors.  This is a large image to color, and as you know, this girl is simply not into Coloring! After a third attempt,  just went with multi shades of red for every object here. LOL!!

Card Recipe

Stamps: Stampa Rosa, House-Mouse Designs,  "Quilter's Guild" from yr 2005.   #HMPR1045. Featuring Heckle, Mudpie, Monica, Muzzy, Amanda, Maxwell & Friend. The sentiment is from the "Sew Pretty" clear stamp set gift from my subscription to Cardmaking Magazine. :)

Paper: Textured Cream CS, Red CS,

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black,  Copics, Marvy LePlume Matchables (for sponging)

Accessories: Nellie Snellen Dies, Lg Red Heart Paper Doilies (from Michael's Valentine section), Adhesive Silver Pearls, Foam Tape, Stickles Glitters,  Diamond Dust Lace & Sewing themed Ribbon, Satin bow with pearl heart (this was from my lovely and talented friend Sue Drees) Thank you sweetie!
