Hello and welcome back awesome bloggers!
Today I’m sharing a TriFold Card made with cutting dues by Sue Wilson
TrifoldThinking of you at Christmas
Opening the card reveals the fab new festive collections sentiments "Thinking of you at Christmas"
This is the back of the card showing a lovely pattern from the layered herringbone cuts.
The card folds flat - only the flower is dimensional.

CARD RECIPE
I’ve die-cut and extended the Herringbone diet shape to create this TriFold.
The inside is lined with Vellum so that the die-cut design still shows through.
The poinsettia flower is layered with vellum and gold mirrored card for dimension.
Move die over and repeat cut as shown to extend the design.
It will look like this.
Now repeat steps on the second pre-cut sheet.
Next, decide how wide your card panel would be (after both flaps overlap), and choose a folding line to score it accordingly.
Be sure to gently score over those herringbone stripes. Do this to both sheets.
Next, trim-off any excess or unwanted white edges for a even, cleaner look.
Now overlap these diets and decide how you want the overlapping to look.
Next, use a strong spray adhesive to adhere the panels.
Next you'll want to gently score sides again just to make sure your card base flaps will fold nicely.
This is the finished card base. I added a piece of vellum to fit inside on mine. This vellum will hold the sentiment and provide a place to write your added message, while giving the card a softer look.
Such an easy way to achieve a WOW-look.
