Your Wedding and Mother cards

It's Your Wedding!
This Wedding card may be a little bright, but it was super fun to create. I first diecut and played with the die-cut layouts in various ways to come up with new looks. This Amazing Paper Grace Rosa Diamante die set is absolutely gorgeous and one of my faves from this release! I so love the mini roses that are within this fabulous die design.

I cut out multiple sets then snipped-off the mini roses to use on background. Its so neat for continuing the design throughout the card All cuts are multi-layered for depth. Sentiment was stamped with StazOn Red ink then die-cut using the Amazing Paper Grace "All occasions" sentiments frame from the die set. Vellum backs the cuts to soften the look. Satin Ribbon and adhesive pearls are the finishing touches. I colored these pearls with alcohol markers to better match the cream colored cardstock. The background panel was dry embossed with a roses embossing folder by creative expressions.

Praying for you, Mother  

CARD RECIPE
This card was totally inspired by the foiled DCWV patterned papers. I began by cutting out the large Roses and placing them onto the background. I then diecut multiple sets of the sentiment die to frame over the "Mother" word taken from another patterned DP.

The flower was created with the Sweet Cottage Flowers Die Set, spritzed, crunched to shape, brushed with homemade shimmer, glue spotted and sprinkled with ultra-fine glitter for added texture and sparkle that is not too visible in this photo.
