Hello Crafters. It's such an exciting week in my home with 3 of my 4 kids having Birthdays this week. Not they are not triplets, and not it wasnt planned this way. Just a happy coincidence. :) It's almost like Christmas around here this time of year. LOL!
I'm back today to remind you about July's fabulous Release at Our Daily Bread Designs! If you havent seen ODBD's NEW sets, you should check them out HERE.

I've created another two samples to show off these fabulous sets.
My FIRST CARD
A Window Scene
A Window Scene
CARD RECIPE
I have used ONE ODBD tiny shutter custom die to make THREE separate things on this card; 1-the Window Shutters, 2-the Window Blinds inside the window and 3-Those tiny flowers. Isn't it great to have such versatility? The window blinds were made with three separate cuts lined side-by-side. The Flowers were made by folding the cut shutters in half on their long side and rolling each into a flower with a little wet glue on the edge to adhere. Flowers are then pressed to shape and sponged. (you could also cut the folded flower edges for different floral shapes too!)
Sue Wilson has a great YouTube Video tutorial for making these type of rolled flowers, if you'd like to check it out to give it a try, see it HERE.
Stamps: ODBD - Home Sweet Home
Ink; Brilliance Graphite Black
Paper; Religious DP, Cream CS, Acetate (for glass window look)
Accessories: ODBD Vintage Floral Pattern Custom Dies, Brick Embossing Folder by Paper Studio and Textured Score Lines Embossing Folder by Sue Wilson, Adhesive Pearls
