NOW, here is my * Without Rain, There Would Be No Rainbow* take on the FABULOUS simple sketch.  I used some fun Jolee's Boutique Embellishments and placed these on Dies then added my own gems and extra layers for dimension.

INK: StazOn Black
ACCESSORIES: Spellbinders Dies, McGill Word window Lg Punch, Martha Stewart Lg Border Punch, Cuttlebug Embossing Folders, Silver Cording, Rhinestones (added this to rain gear) , Jolee's Boutique Dimensionals (for Rain Gear), Dimensional Foam Tape
TECHNIQUES: Dry Embossing
